This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds for purchases made on Crifter. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.

Digital Products

Crifter offers credits as digital products that can be used to generate AI creatures from your photos. Credits are consumed immediately upon use to generate creatures and cannot be recovered once used.

General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits are purchased, they are added to your account and cannot be returned for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

While our general policy is that purchases are non-refundable, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Technical issues: Platform errors that prevented credits from being delivered or used properly
• Failed delivery: Credits that were charged but never appeared in your account
• Accidental duplicate purchases: Multiple charges for the same transaction
• Unauthorized transactions: Purchases made without your consent (subject to verification)

In any case, there is a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. Each request is reviewed individually, and approval of a refund is at our sole discretion.

Please note that in respect of subscription services your right to cancel is only present following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.
